Fantasy Sorbomart

Hi everyone in Sorboland,

This is my first attempt at fan fiction inspired by the conversation about Satin Sheets, Martha Stewart and K-Mart awhile back. Thanks to Apollena, Star and Josee. Thanks to Chantal for the encouragement, wonderful suggestions and the use of the Hotline docks and staff. Thanks also to Melite, list godess of the sorbo-list and all who have discussed merchandising. Also thanks to General Hospital and the famous Luke and Laura in Wyndhams scene which also proved inspirational. If I have missed anyone, (I apologize in advance) or if you would like to be included please let me know. Now without further ado, I present to you my first fan fiction.

Welcome to Sorbo-Mart- The Kevin Fans' Shopping Heaven: Staring The Many Characters from Sorbo-land, Special guest appearances by Ares, Young Iolaus, Adult Iolaus, Aphrodite, Sal and Discord and Sorbo-list members.

Intro

News was spreading like wildfire throughout Sorbo-land.  Something big was a foot and it wasn't a giant  or even an Olympus family feud. It was being said that never again would Sorbo starved amazons, be sent away hungry. The heavy and tiresome burden of dealing with the Sorbo-Clueless clerks would soon be lifted. Never again would frustrated Amazons have to listen to the same old tired refrain "No we don't have any HerK merchandise but would you care for some X**** stuff?" Sorbo-Mart was nearly ready to open it's doors. It would be fully stocked from floor to ceiling with HerKdom related merchandise. And even better would be the personal "service", the customers would receive.

Everyone from the KS Hotline had been invited to a special preview, open only to Sorbo-list
members. TPTB had issued instructions that each   and every amazon in attendance should have their every need, desire and fantasy be catered too. It promised to be a night that none of them would soon forget.

Part one

Young Iolaus was really working up a sweat in the mid August sun. His muscles flexing as he lifted crate after crate of merchandise. Everyone was busy and exited preparing for the opening of Sorbo-Mart.

Cass watched in rapt fascination. Her heart pounded and she felt light headed but she knew it wasn't from Apollo's fire ball. It was a different type of heat that had her sweltering.

Her clip board with inventory sheets clattered to the ground as the object of her attention, turned and gave her a flirtatious, knowing wink.

Cass knew she had to do something quick. She was about to melt. Racing inside head quarters she headed toward the freezer and emptied several ice trays(which were always kept handy) into a bucket. The rest of the Hotline staff shared a  sympathetic chuckle as she rushed back out.

Young Iolaus was waiting for her. "What a wonderful idea love" he whispered in her ear. He gently removed the ice bucket from her hand and set it down on one of the boxes. "It's hotter than Hades out here. We need to cool down." Cass stood as still as a statue. Young Iolaus reached into the bucket and withdrew a piece of ice, which he gently traced along her lips. "Open", he commanded and she obeyed. He slipped the ice cube inside her mouth. "Mind, if I share", he asked and before she could answer he sealed his mouth with his own. Needless to say the ice cube melted quickly.

After the long kiss, he stroked his hands gently through her hair. "Are you going to be at the grand opening of Sorbo-Mart tonight?"

"Yes", Cass said softly, still breathless. "Then I'll see you there, darling". With that he bounded toward the front of the truck and leapt in the cab. He blew her a farewell kiss out the window,
which she returned. "Tonight, I can't wait", she said to herself as she picked up her nearly forgotten clipboard and went back to work.

Part two

Sorbo Mart- The Kevin Fans Shopping Heaven

At The Front of Sorbo-Mart HerK, Sal, Adult Iolaus, Aphrodite, Chantal and Melite are gathered.

"Wow HerK, this is a wonderful store. There's magnets, wristwatches, calendars, date books
jewlery, music, software, clothing, everything a Sorbo fan could ever wish for. I want to thank you
for doing this for the legion of admirers out there" Melite said. "I'll second that thank you" Chantal said, as she lifted her glass of ambrosia in toast. Everyone joined in. Then Chantal and Melite each leaned in to give HerK a loving kiss on the cheek. He smiled bashfully.

"I didn't do it alone, everyone has pitched in, to make this day a reality. And all the guys and I thought it was the least we could do for all the admiration and loyalty you've shown us. When Hilara told me how bad the lack of merchandise was getting out there and how down so many of you seemed to be about it, I knew something had to be done. And since the majority of the proceeds are going  to charity, how could I say no?" Sal, who had been looking out the doors, groaned when he heard this. "But HerK, look at all those dinars out there, are you sure we can't keep even a little profit? HerK joined him at the doors. He smiled and waved to the gathering throng of  Amazons. Many of them had lawn chairs, sleeping bags and coolers and looked like they were settling in for the night. "People, Sal, those are people and its our job to help as many as we can". And since we are new , we also have to re-invest into the business.

"Now, I'd like to offer a toast" he said turning back to the group inside the store. "To Melite and Chantal, and all the Sorbo-list for coming tonight, to our special preview. And for offering to
be the first customers. We want our staff to be first rate, and you're to tell us, if anything is not to your complete satisfaction." Sal is assistant store manager,   Adult Iolaus and I will be helping out
where-ever we are needed and Hilara is the acting manager.

"Where is Hilara?" Adult Iolaus asked. "She said she was going to be checking the books with Rober't, Sal responded.Smart girl, keeping such close track of the finances right from the get
go, don't you think?" Melite, Chantal and Aprhodite exchanged amused glances."Men, they're so cute, but gullible", Dite said on a giggle.

"Ok Sal, where do you want me posted?" HerK asked. "In the pet department." "Did you say the pet department?" HerK queried clearly amused. What are we selling back there Harpies?" " No of course not, do you think I'd be that dumb? Wait a minute nobody answer that one, okay", Sal replied. "I assigned you to that department because Chantal hinted that there might be a possibility of trouble back there."

HerK turned to Chantal, put a finger under her chin and lifted her gaze to meet his. "Chantal my dear,
do you have something you want to tell me?". "It's nothing HerK, it's just that I invited a certain someone and" ...... Just then a scream was heard throughout the store over the intercom. "Phew, Chantal whispered to herself, "saved by the scream." "It sounds like Freya" Iolaus said as he and HerK drew out their swords.

"Where is she?" " The last time I saw her she, Iris and KalliSta were heading for the hunting and fishing section, muttering something about landing a big fish, Melite offered innocently. "Who's in charge of the department?" HerK demanded to know." "Sov", Sal responded sheepishly. HerK and
Iolaus took off down the aisles as fast as they could. "Whose bright idea was that, putting Sov, walking Bad Attitude #2, in charge of weapons?" Aphrodite asked. Sal leaned against the counter, and buried his head but left enough eye space, so he could clearly view Dite's cleavage.

"Now let's just hope, my nasty bro Ares doesn't show up, Dite said as she smiled and patted Sal on the head. A guilty look crossed Chantal's face."Chantal, you didn't, what were you thinking?" Aphrodite and Melite chorused.

Part three

In the Dance Wear Section of Sorbo-Mart- DHerK and Astrild

DHerk led Astrild to a secluded section of Sorbo-Mart. Astrild could not believe her eyes. It looked like a ballroom straight out of the palace of Versailles. Crystal chandeliers provided a soft glow. Plush white velvet couches and chairs lined the right side of the room.  A  wall of glass
which looked out over the ocean was on the left. The double doors in the center were open and a
warm breeze wafted gently into the room. A full orchestra played in the background. It sounded too real to becoming from a stero system but there were no musicians in sight.

DHerK had come up behind her, lacing his arms around her middle. He leaned down and placed
a gentle kiss upon the back of her neck. She turned and met his gaze. His eyes appeared bluer than the ocean outside. Astrild knew she could happily drown in their depths. "Are you pleased my love?"
he asked. "Yes, this is all so incredible. Are you sure we didn't take a wrong turn though? This can't be a department store?"

"Ah but it is. But Sorbo-Mart isn't just any department store" he answered. It is a place designed solely for making the dreams of our very special Amazon customers come true. And the best is yet to come my dear." He took her hand gently and brought her to the opposite end of the room where there was an armoire. DHerK opened it with a flourish and Astrild gasped in delight. There
were gowns of every hue and fabric. " Choose whatever catches your fancy. The changing rooms are right beside us" he said indicating separate doorways on both sides of the armoire.  I'll meet you back here. Then he left.

Astrild selected a golden gossamer gown with matching dancing slippers and went to change. Aphrodite appeared out of no where and helped her prepare for the evening ahead. She was stangely silent for Dite. It was as, if she sensed this night was too special to be spoiled by chit-chat.Once Astrild was ready  the godess disappeared as swiftly as she had come.

DHerK was already there when Astrild re-entered the ballroom. He looked magnificent in a black tuck, with a royal blue cumberbund and tie. He had one glass of champagne in his hand. He offered her a sip. When she finished he took a drink from the same glass then set it down on a nearby table. DHerK bowed, took Astrild's hand and whispered, "You look stunning, my love but tis no suprise, you always do." "You look quite wonderful too, DHerK" she replied. He smiled. " I'm glad you approve. Shall we dance?" "Oh yes please" Astrild eagerly agreed.

DHerK and Astrild glided across the ballroom as gracefully as birds soar across the sky. They Waltzed, Tangoed, Charlestoned and even Jitterbugged. They eventually collapsed on one of the couches out of breath and full of delighted laughter. As they met each other's gaze, they fell silent. Astrild closed her eyes and felt him placee buttefly kisses upon her eyelids. When his lips descended to hers, she knew the music of the night was just begining.

Part four

Jewlery Department-Sorbo-Mart Prince HerK and Calico

"Diamonds, rubies and emeralds,  oh my" Calico said softly to herself. "Gold and Silver too and it's all for you"an amused voice said behind her. Calico's face turned beet red as she recognized PHerK's  voice. "Don't be embarassed" he told her. "But then again you look so adorable when you blush.""Care to try some of this on?"he asked as he stepped in front of her. He held an  intricately carved mahogany jewlery case full of the most exquisite pieces she had ever seen.  "Oh, I couldn't" Calico protested. "Of course you can my dear. They are royal jewels. They belong on a princess. Here let me help" he offered.

He set the box on a case behind him and handed Calico one delicated tear drop diamond earing. PHerK then drew her closer to him and leaned down and nibbled her right ear. Calico could
barely concentrate but she finally got the earing on. The process was repeated on her left side. This time she nearly dropped the jewel. Next he lifted out a glittering rock. It was a large stone yet it was not ostentatious. The jewler must have been a true artist. "Heph is moonlighting" PHerK replied as, if he'd read her mind. "I had him make this special for my love." With that he lifted her hand and drew her ring finger into his mouth.

When he was finished Calico could barely stand. PHerK chuckled and put a supporting arm around her waist. He put the ring on her finger and said "Wait, my princess, we are not through yet."

He led her to a chair and motioned for her to sit. She did so without comment. Calico was utterly speechless. All she could do was stare in awe at this incredible man. He lifted her leg and placed a circle of kisses around her ankle before he slipped on a delicate silver anklet.

Then PHerK helped her to her feet as Calico was even more unsteady than before. "Now the piece de resistance", he said as he drew out a golden locket inlaid with sparkling saphires. It was in the shape of a heart. He opened it to show her the picture of himself that was inside.  "You have won
my heart" he whispered. He montioned for her to turn around. Calico did as he commanded. PHerK fastened the necklace neck then gently spun her back to face him. Pure adoration was shining from his gorgeous blue eyes. "And you have mine" Calico told him softly.  PHerK smiled and lowered his head to place a delicate kiss near where the locket was nestled.

Part five

Sorbo-Mart(5) VIP Entrance

Cas approached the Sorbo-Mart VIP entrance with great anticipation. She had been told by Hilara that YIolaus had been chosen to guard these doors to make sure that no univited guests got in. Cas had brought a bottle of ambrosia, caviar and oyster crackers. She thought they could have a private
celebration. She was dressed in an elegant turquoise evening gown.

"Hi there, Iolaus" Cas said as she approached him. He had been looking at the ground but he quicly glanced up. Then he gave an appreciative whistle. "Thanks", Cass said fighting back a giggle. "How are you tonight?" "I've been a bit bummed." "Why?" she asked. " Because my older half put me outside guarding these stupid doors and all the action is going to be inside." "Not necessarily", Cas said on a grin. What, if we had our own party right here. I've brought some food and drink" she said showing him the polar pack that she had previously had hidden behind her back. It's a nice night and the moon and the stars are so pretty." "There not the only ones, luv" "Why, YIolaus you say the nicest things." "I mean every word of them, Cas. Hey Hilara provided me with a new Sorbo-Mart
blanket just in case it got cold out here. I don't think there is any danger of that now, but let's spread it out and have our feast. He helped her down carefully to avoid ruining her dress. Soon they were absorbed in their own little world. Neither of them saw the man dressed in black, who slipped by them. Nor did they hear the cluck of a chicken.

Part six

The Cash Registers

Sal was busy painting Aprhodite's toenails as Astrild and Calico approached. "Thanks snookums" Dite said as she caressed Sal's cheeks for a brief moment. "But I got to get back to work customers, ya know." She jumped quickly to her feet. Sal looked deflated till he heard the sound of dinars clinking. Then he definitely perked up. "Oh no ladies, you just put those back" Dite said pointing at the coins."

"How else are we going to pay, for all this wonderful merchandise?" Calico asked as she pushed her full cart up to the register. "Yes, I must have a million dinars worth of gowns alone. Not to mention all the neat HTLJ items" Astrild said. " "HerK and the boys insisted that you Sorbo-list ladies get.to keep all these things as our gifts tonight."

"Free, your giving all this stuff free" Sal sputtered. "You people are going to break us. You have no
sense of business, none." "Put a sock in it cutie" Dite ordered. "Or I won't let you finish my nails." Sal shut up instantly.

All you have to do in return is fill out these customer comment cards for me she told Calico and Astrild. I hope your shopping experience at Sorbo-Mart has been a pleasurable one and that
you will return soon." "Oh we're both coming back later tonight. It's justour carts were getting so full that we getting kind of tired pushing them and wanted to take what we have and unload
it at home and then come back, Astrild informed Dite. "Cool" the godess   replied. "Oh let me get our stock boys to help you out with those, "YJason and YHerK we need some helping hands over here." As the boys approached, Aphodite said to Calico and Astrild, "Oh I almost forgot to give you free Men of HTLJ calanders and the stripping Sov pen. See when you tip it sideways the water makes it look like he's dropping his pants. "Cool" Calico and Astrild echoed. As the ladies were playing with the pens and Sal was standing dejectedly over in the corner, Ares walked by with Discord tucked like a football under his arms.

Apollena and Melite, who were on their way to the bedding department gave each other a worried glance when they saw him. "Oh no", Apollena said. Chantal is in for it now. Where's HerK?"  "I don't
know, I don't think he has come back from the hunting and fishing department yet" Melite responded. "Do you think we should run back and let Chantal know Ares is here?" "I don't know Kull is waiting for us", Apollena reminded her.

"Your right", Melite said. "Besides HerK is probably so busy dealing with Sov that he won't even run into Ares."

"Sound's good to me", Apollena agreed. "Now on to conquer Kull." As they started to head off, they ran into Iris. "Hey Iris over here" Melite called. She whispered something in Iris' ear. Then Melite raced to catch up with Apollena, who had started walking again.

Iris in turn went up to the cashier aisle and whispered in Dite's ear. Soon an announcement came over the PA: "Price check on chicken feed, Register #1."   "But you said we weren't charging anything tonight, my sweet" Sal said to Dite." Won't HerK wonder, why you're calling for a price checK." "Oops", Dite said on a giggle.

"This coud get really fun"

Iris stood there shaking her head. Suddenly Zeus(author's note picture A Quinn, cause I prefer his portrayl) himself was standing beside her with a bottle of PMS relief pills. Do you think these
will help Hera?"  Iris  couldn't help herself. She burst into laughter.

Part seven

Sorbo-Mart -The snack bar Staring - Donna, Iris, LHerK

"Iris" I hate to say this but I think I'm going to need to take a break before we continue shopping"
Donna said. "I know what you mean. I love all the HerK computer software and videos, I've found so far but this place is just so huge", Iris responded. "I think we should recomend to either Hilara or Sal that they install a monarail like at Disney World." Donna laughed at her Amazon sister's suggestion.

"Hey look over there" Iris said pointing at a sign just ahead that said "Snack Bar." "Let's try it", Donna agreed.They left their full shopping carts outside and went in. "Wow", Iris commented
this is my kind of snack bar. The walls were covered with pictures of the alphabet HerK's in various stages of dress and undress. The carpet beneath their feet was plush and was a collage of HerK's
greatest adventures. 

"Oh my stars" Donna said exitedly. Look, who are host is, LHerK himself. "I can't believe this."
"He's shirtless too, and do you see how well those tight black jeans fit him? " I think I might have to
run back out and buy an oxygen tank", Iris responded.

"Ladies",  LHerK greeted them enthuiastically. He pulled first one and then the other into a warm enveloping bear hug. "You must be exhausted from all this shopping." He offered one arm to Iris and the other to Donna. For you two special Amazon's, I have the best table in the house.

LHerK led them to a secluded section of the snack bar and saw that they were properly ensconsed in comfy chairs. "Slip your shoes off" he invited them. There are foot massagers under the table. "I want you both to relax and enjoy yourself, while you are in my care. "Now I must leave you only for a few moments, but I promise I will return with something I think you'll enjoy very much. First he lifted Iris' hand to his lips and gently kissed each finger and then did the same for Donna. Then he was off. Iris and Donna sighed.

LHerK returned in moments with a pitcher full of Lemonade. "I squeezed it for you myself, darlings" he said. I hope you like it.  Two frosted glasses magically appeared in front  of them. LHerK leaned very, very close to each of the Amazons as he poured the liquid refresher. "I'm sure we will love it", Donna assured him. "Won't you join us, LHerK?" Iris asked. "What a lovely invitation, if it is your wish my lady, I most certainly will."

He sat down on Iris' side of the booth. "Donna you look lonely over there all by yourself.  Come over here." And so she did. Another glass appeared before LHerK and then they all took a sip of the lemonade. "Its just a bit too tart" LHerK said.  It needs some sweetner. He leaned to his left and gave Iris a long kiss. Then he leaned to his right and gave Donna one too, his lips lingering on hers. Then he took another sip of lemonade. "Ah, now its just right" he said blissfully. He drained his
glass as Donna and Iris watched his throat muscles in rapt fascination. LHerK went to grab the pitcher and refill their glasses. But it slipped in his hands and he spilled a portion on to his lap. Donna and Iris  both quickly reached for napkins.

Part eight

Snack Bar-Sorbo Mart Donna, L HerK , Iris and GHerK

"Gee ladies, I'd like to thank you for helping me clean up the spill but I think I'm going to need a
new pair of jeans anyway" LHerK said. Would you like to help me look for a pair. I'd appreciate your opinions"

"Love too" Donna volunteered quickly. "Gee I would too, but I'm kind of hungry" Iris replied. "You two go ahead." "My relief man, will be here momentarily to take your order" LHerK assured her.
He leaned down and gave her a peck on the cheek and with that he and Donna were off.

Iris was about to pick up the menu on the table when a deep commanding voice said " that won't be necessary. I know exactly what you have an appettite for." Suddenly GHerK was right next to her and he was holding a bunch of grapes. Iris laughed delightedly. "Oh GHerK I was hoping you would be here tonight." "Well I heard you were coming love, so why would I be anyplace else?" They shared a touching embrace and then he began feeding her the grapes one by one.

Part nine

Sorbo-Mart The Hunting and Fishing Department-Freya, KalliSta, Cokie, Deeva and Danaan,
and of course The Sov!

Iris had orignally started out with KalliSta and Freya on their fishing expediton but opted out when
she saw an LHerK standup. Then she met up with Donna and they of course had their adventures in
the snack shop.

Freya and KalliSta had bravely ventured forward.They were on a mission. Freya had received
a puzzling call. When she answered it, no one appeared to be on the other end of the line. But  Freya had her suspicions. She used her Amazon emergency decoder to trace the call.  It had come from Cokie's cell phone. The Sov must have taken her captive.

Freya knew what she had to do. She e-mailed KalliSta and told her to get to Sorbo-Mart on the double. Freya was going to teach that leather clad bad boy what happens when  you mess
with Amazons.

She and KalliSta had marched into Sorbo-Mart and demanded to know where Sov was stationed.
Sal was a little reluctant to give out the information but when KalliSta grabbed his collar and nearly
lifted him off the ground, he started singing like a jaybird.

Armed with this information they had marched back to the hunting and fishing section. They
couldn't believe their eyes when they arrived. A cage similiar to the one Hippolyta had kept HerK captive in  was up against one wall. Inside were Cokie, Deeva and Danaan. Sov was enjoying the sight of his pretty prisioners. Without turning around, he growled devilishly: "Welcome Freya and KalliSta to our wild adventure. I'll give you a hint. I'm the fisherman, you're the fish. I'm the hunter, you're the prey. Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!"

Part ten

Sorbo-Mart staing KalliSta, Freya, Deeva, Danaan, Cokie Sov, HerK, Adult Iolaus and Adult Jason and Voluptua.

"That kind of sounds like fun", Freya said under her breath. But KalliSta had heard her.  "Freya, we have to be strong." We're supposed to be teaching him a lesson. "Oh yeah, I forgot. Darn. Okay I'll distract him, you figure out a way to free our sisters."  "How come you get to distract him? I wanted to." KalliSta said. "Now who needs a reminder about being strong?" Freya responded.

"Oh come on now ladies" Sov growled. You''ll both have plenty of time to teach me lots of things
once you're in my possession." Cokie, Danaan and Deeva have already started. Haven't you?
They're really quite inventive." Freya and KalliSta studied the others. Cokie looked over her left
shoulder and started to whistle. Deeva looked down at her feet and started to hum soflty.
Dannan  had a sly, unapologetic grin on her face.  "I can't believe all of you" Freya said indignantly.
"Yeah how dare you start the fun without us?" KalliSta added.

"This chit-chat is starting to bore me" Sov complained. "Let's get on with the action". He picked up a fishing pole and commanded "Start running!" "Okay, you big bad boy you got it" Freya answered. Quickly she dashed down one of the aisles. "Darn" she thought. The home improvement section was too far away. She'd never get to the duct tape in time. And in her haste, Fryea had left own handy dandy roll at home. But she was in luck. There was fish wire in several different test weights.
She quickly picked up the heaviest one she could find  and put it in her purse. A few seconds later, she felt a hook, catch on her collar.

"Guess what?" Sov asked her. "Your going to make me scream?" she replied. "Oh your so smart my dear, not to mention beautiful. With that he reeled Freya in and back against his hard body.And began to live up to his reputation.

Meanwhile KalliSta had freed the other amazons, who seemed a bit reluctant to claim their freedom.
Then they heard Freya. "Oh come on, let's hurry." We're missing out on the good part" Deeva said
excitedly. Danaan came out of the cage and looked around. "Here this might come in handy" she
said pointing to a big net. "Let' go get him amazons" Cokie shouted.

They soon located Freya and Sov. KalliSta jumped on his back. Deeva latched onto one of his arms.
Cokie managed to trip him. He took them with him when he crashed. Danaan cast her net over the whole group. 

Freya managed to pull the fishing wire out of her bag just as Sov managed to grab Danaan's ankle and bring her down and under the net too. They were all trapped in a writhing pile on the floor. Freya
started to wrap the wire, around Sov. "Bondage,  oh ladies now your playing my game" he chuckled deeply. "This is much more fun than Twister."

"Sorry to interrrupt the festivities" a strong clear voice said. There was HerK standing above them.
He untangled the net and freed them all within moments. Iolaus stood by with his sword.   HerK grabbed Sov off the ground and finished the wrapping job. HerK shoved Sov inside the cage and made sure the lock was securely fastened. He was about to call upon Zeus to open up the vortex, when he heard someone yelling his name. It was Voluptua. "Come quickly HerK we need you in the pet department right away." Adult Jason was on her heels. "She's right, HerK we have quite a situation that is developing over there." "What now?" HerK asked."Well let's just say it involves Chantal, Star, Discord and Ares." "Come on Iolaus" HerK motioned to his friend. "Voluptua
and Jason you guard Sov. The rest of you ladies, come with me so I can keep my eye on you and make sure you don't get into any more trouble."

"Bye Sov" they all said at once. There was a hint of sadness in  their voices. "Don't worry,  I promise our adventure will resume again, sooner than you think." Sov replied. HerK started toward the cage,
but the sound of the chicken reminded him he had business elsewhere. "I'll deal with you later" he vowed pointing at Sov. He raced off. Voluptua noticed she was standing next to a rack of bow and arrows. There was one that looked like it was made of pure gold. "Iolaus, Golden Hunter, here you might need this." "Thanks, Voluptua" Iolaus said. He came over placed a greatful kiss on her cheek and took off after his friend.

"I'm going to get us some weapons of our own" Jason said. "We can't hurt him too much" Voluptua reminded him. "It could end up hurting HerK as well. Don't worry Voluptua, we will be careful. This is going to be a long night.  I'll be right back Voluptua. See that our prisioner dosen't go anywhere."
"Okay, Jason, you got it.That Sinful Sov won't get to me she promised. Jason had just moved out of ear shot, when the man in the cage asked "Want to bet? "Oh Voluptua" Sov called.

Part eleven

Bedding Section - Sorbo-Mart Melite, Apollena and Kull

Happily oblivious to the pandemonium that was errupting in the other parts of Sorbo-Mart, Apollena
and Melite entered the bedding area of the store. There were rows upon rows of sheets and quilts.
Melite called excitedly to Apollena: "Look Ap, here is a quilt of HerK and the Nemean Lion
scar scene." "That's truly lovely, Melite but look at this one" Ap said. Her voice sounding
distracted. Melite turned and could soon see why. "Its exquisite", she said in awe. "HerK
holding his grapes in a pefect Kodak moment" Apollena commented. "Xerox" couldn't have
captured the image any clearer Melite agreed.

"I'm glad you ladies, are enjoying the ahem merchandise, but I have wares even more   exciting" an approaching Kull promised them.Meltie and Apollena quickly put several sheets and quilts into their carts before turning to greet their host: "King Kull" they both said executing perfect curtseys."
"Ladies youknow my policy on bowing, besides Queen Apollena and List Godess Melite, I am merely your humble servant tonight." He knelt at each of their feet and kissed both their hands.
"Come let me give each of you a foot bath. I'll provide you time to change into something more comfortable. Then we can proceed with our tour of  the bedding department.

A short time later, Kull led Apollena gowned in regal but seductive nightgown into one castle like bedroom and promised her he would soon return. He led an equally cosseted and beautifully attired Melite into another. "Relax, I will be back" he vowed.

"Apollena" Kull said when he returned to the Queen's room, let me show you the finest of our silk line. He pulled back the top bedspread on a huge bed to reveal blue satin sheets. "Lie down" he suggested with a wicked grin on his face. See how these feel against your fair skin"  Apollena followed instructions. "These do feel wonderful" she admitted. "But there is something that would make it feel even better Sire." "And what is that?" "If you would join me, in testing them out" she answered coquettishly. "Your wish, is also my wish your majestly",  he responded as he came to join her.

Part twelve

Sorbo-Mart Bedding Department Kull and Melite

Melite was sipping a glass of ambrosia and enjoying the sounds of the haunting love ballads playing mysteriously in the chamber. She supposed she should be curious about where they were coming
from, but she was feeling to mellow to care.

Melite set her glass down then went over to lie on the bed. Giggling, she wondered to herself, if it was a Hercules mattress. Soon she fell fast a sleep and drifted in a dream world full of alphabet HerKs and Kull. Melite was later brought back to conciousness by a tender kiss. "Awake, sleeping godess, your King has arrived" Kull beckoned her. Melite opened her eyes and  looked into his incredibly blue ones that were heavy with seduction. "This matress is king sized" he informed her softly. In fact, its a King Kull matress. He lifted her gently in his arms and set her down next to him. Kull pulled back the covers to reveal the softest of fur, which surprisingly matched the color of her eyes. "They are so beautiful my dear, I could not help myself" he responded to her questioning look.

"I also could not bring myself to harm the innocent creatures of the forest. But I wanted you and all the amazons to sleep warmly on the coldest of nights so I had my magician conjure up a special spell to create these furs" Kull informed her. "Your so sweet, my love" Melite said in awe at the incredible thoughtfullness of this man. "Come let me tuck you in" he said as he lifted her and placed her back in bed. "Are you comfy and cozy, my dear?" "Yes, my dear Kull, but I do have just two complaints." "My dear Melite, we can't have that. What are they? "I shall remedy them immediately" he insisted. "This bed is warm but it is too big and too lonely."  "I can fix that godess mine" he whispered as
he climbed in.

Part 13

Toy Department- Sorbo-Mart

Tedras,  Ann and Kevfriend made their way to the toy department. They were delighted with what they found. Huggable men of Hercules' hero dolls. Suitable for taking to bed and holding tight at night, after a harsh day of real life. Add this to action figures, playing gards, hand-held computer games and these amazons were almost over-come with joy. "HerK merchandise at last, Ann shouted. "Whopee" Tedras and Kevfriend joined in. "I can't wait to see what's around the next aisle", Kevfriend said, once they'd cleaned out the first. "Let's go find out" Tedras suggested. There they found SHerK staring at a HerK chess set. "These aren't any fun" he cried."They don't move,
they don't dance. All they do is stand there on this stupid board." With that he sent the game flying.

"I got an idea" Ann said. She whispered her plan to both of her sisters. "Wouldn't that be taking advantage of him?" KevFriend asked. "Yeah, then we would be really bad amazons" Tedras replied. "No we wouldn't" Ann said. "It's not like we are going to hurt him or anyone else. But, if you two don't want to join me, well that's okay, I'll just do it myself." "Oh no you don't" Tedras said. "I just said that I thought we'd be bad amazons, if we did it. That dosen't mean I wanted to be counted out." "I guess it would be okay" KevFriend said not wanting to miss out on the fun. "Besides we were told to enjoy ourselves tonight and that the guys were at our service."  "That's the spirit amazons" Ann said. "Now let the games begin."

The three of them moved forward and surrounded SHerK, who smiled at them. "Hi did you come to play?" "This is going to be too easy" Tedras commented. "Why Yes, SHerK, we have come to play."It's kind of boring around here. he said" These toys are all too comp.... oh I can't say that word. It's too big." "He's so cute when he's puzzled" KevFriend whispered. "He's adorable
any way you look at it" Ann replied. She knelt down, ran one hand over his hair soothingly and offered him the other. He took it and she helped  him to his feet. "These games are awfully hard" she said sympathetically."Why don't you come with us?" We know where we can have lots of fun." "I don't know, I'm not supposed to leave my post. Sal or Hilara might get mad at me." "Oh no they won't", KevFriend said. "Didn't they tell you the customer is always right." " I think that's what
they said, but I really didn't understand them." "It means you are supposed to make us happy" Ann supplied helpfully. "And it would make us very happy, if you'd join us in the men's department." "The
men's department, what are we going to do there?" SHerK asked. "We're going to play dress up with you", Tedras replied gleefully. "Even better, dress down" was KevFriend's response. "Gee for
two amazons, who weren't even sure they wanted to participate to begin with, you're sure getting into this idea" Ann giggled.

The four of them made their way quickly to men's fashions. "Are you sure nobody's going to catch us?" Tedras asked. "Its Amazon night, KevFriend reminded her. Who is going to be in the men's department?" Besides Sal's too busy up front with Dite,   HerK and Iolaus have their hands full, all the
other amazons are too distracted and as far as anyone knows  Hilara is still   holed up with Rober't and the books." was Ann's reply. "Does anyone else find that story a bit fishy" Tedras asked.
"Who cares?" KevFriend said. "The coast is clear." Come on SHerK." "I'm way ahead of you" Ann said. I think he'd look great in these, she said holding up a pair of blue briefs." "I've got some
black leather pants right here, Tedras volunteered. And I've got a black bow tie." "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Ann asked. "Hey SHerK, we have a new game. We're going to pretend your
a Chipendale dancer." He gave her that sweet little puppy dog look again. "Don't worry cutie, will explain, all about it" Tedras supplied. "Just come right into this dressing room, over here" beckoned KevFriend. "The fun is just begining."

Part 14

Pet Department- Chantal, Star, Ares, Discord the animal menagerie of HerKdom, HerK and Iolaus.

Star was standing by a large glass tank filled with sand dropping cupcakes into it one by one. "I know this isn't your favorite cuisine but it will have to do for now. Boy these guys are sure hungry tonight, she said laughing as the sandsharks gobbled up the tasty snacks. "I'm sure glad you're having
a good time" Chantal muttered. I can't believe Sal squealed on us. The pig she was stroking oinked in indignation. "Excuse the pun Porkules" "I told you   that the little guy couldn't keep a secret" Star reminded her. "Besides secretly you wanted HerK to find out anyway didn't you?" "Okay, I confess I did and, if your honest so didn't you." "Guilty as charged" but let's just keep it between us from now on. "Deal" Chantal agreed. They met in the middle of the department  and shook hands.

At the sound of clucking they both turned. The dark one had arrived. "Hello Ares" Star greeted.
"How are you doing tonight Ares?", Chantal said trying to act calm and casual. Fancy meeting
you here." "Ah, hah" he said. "If it isn't Chantal and Star. I wondered, who was sending me all
these cupons for chicken feed. Now its all crystal clear. You wanted both wanted me to be
here tonight didn't you?" "That's what you think" Star said and turned her head away from him in
mock indifference.  "Yeah, Ares you sure have a big ego.  Don't you?" Chantal taunted. "That's not the only thing about me that's big" he laughed in evil delight." "My dear, dear Amazons you don't have to play coy with me. This is a distinctly wicked ingenious act. I like it." He tossed Discord aside. She squawked and ruffled her feathers.

He ignored her and advanced on Chantal and Star. He grabbed both of them and pulled them to him in one smooth move. "Are you ready to come to the dark side my pets?" he growled. Biting Chantal lightly on the neck and then turning to Star to nibble on an ear.

"Not so fast, Ares" HerK shouted as he came onto the scene in a rush. "Chantal, Star deep
down you know, you don't want to this." "Come to me." The women looked at the two handsome
men. HerK's pleading blue eyes started to melt away at their resolve. They broke free of Ares
and HerK put a sheltering arm around both of them. He kissed them each tenderly.

"Awe isn't that sweet half bro. Too bad sweet isn't what they want." Ares stomped over and
grabbed Chantal then Star, kissing them both hard and senseless. HerK pulled them back
offering them his caress yet again. This sensual tug of war, seemed to be going into overtime,
who would win, was anybody's guess.

Part 15

Jewlery Department and Pet Department Staring Iolaus, Auto, Chantal, Star, Ares, Melite, Apollena and Chantal

Iolaus had been fast on HerK's heels until he'd seen a fimiliar figure dressed in green tights lurking in the jewlery department. Clearly, PHerK was conducting business elsewhere and the place was unguarded. Iolaus snuck up quietly behind Auto and grabbed him by the collar.

"Stealing PHerK's jewels. How low will you sink, Auto?" "Oh it's you" Auto groaned. "For
your information, I wasn't stealing them. I was testing your security system. Apparently it
works just fine. I think I'll be leaving now. "Yeah, tell it to the judge" Iolaus said picking up the courtesy phone to alert the rest of the team. "Wait, can't we work something out?" Auto pleaded with him. "I mean who better to thwart other crooks than the Prince of Thieves. I could be really useful to you." "Oh all right" Iolaus said hanging up the phone. You're just lucky it was busy, that I'm in a good mood and also in a hurry to get to the pet department." "The pet department"
Auto imitated mockingly. "What's happening over there?" Are the birds trying to plan a jail break, he said nearly falling over with laughter. Iolaus just gave him a pained look. "Get it jail birds, a jail break." "Stuff a sock in it. Ares has showed up in the pet department and HerK needs our help." Iolaus informed him. "Ares huh! This could get messy. Perhaps security isn't my type of field,
after all. It could ruin my reputation." Auto said waffling "It's that or prision, you little worm" Iolaus yelled.

"Okay, I'm coming. Don't get testy  and just who are you calling   little?" Auto replied. " With that the two men raced off.

Back in the pet department, the kissing contest was still going on. Finally Ares pulled away and said "this is getting us no where." "I don't know, I kind of like it" Star said dreamily. "Me too" Chantal
echoed.

"Okay, let's settle this our usual way then brother dear" Herk suggested."With our fists."  "You got it my man. There's nothing I like better than pounding that face of yours." "Likewise bro, likewise." The sound of flesh hitting flesh soon filled the department and the smell of testerone brought several
amazons running. Apollena, Melite and Baucis were the first to arrive. "Were is Kull?" Baucis asked "We kinda wore him out. He needs to rest for awhile" Melite and Apollena confessed cheerfully.
Shouldn't we call for back up for HerK? "Nah , the big guy can take care of himself." Apollena responded. "Yeah, besides Baucis remember, your a boo-boo kisser in training. The more boo-boos
he gets the more parts we get to kiss." Melite said.

Ares managed to break away from the head lock HerK had him in. He reached for a knife he had concealed in his leggings. I'm tiring of this boxing as well. "Do you recognize this" he said showing
the knife with blood on it to his half brother . "Its the knife I buried in the rock. The one with hind's blood on it. How did you get it?" HerK asked. "I traveled back in time, that's how? I am a full god you know." "But its against the rules" HerK said. "Don't play innocent with me, you and your friends have bent that rule more than a time or two yourself."

Just then Zeus appeared. "Ares, you cannot kill your half-brother. I've turned my head on your other little pecadillos, but this I will not allow. A god cannot kill another god or a demi-god.  "Yeah, well I'm tired of playing by your rules old man"Once I finish off  HerK here, maybe I'll take care of you too. With that Ares grabbed HerK and held the knife to his throat. HerK struggled to break free.

All the amazons started to get a little worried now. No one had meant for things to get this out of hand. They had just wanted a little innocent fun and games. Then someone over by the sand shark tank yelled, "let the big guy go or the chicken gets it." It was Auto. He was holding a really ruffled Discord in a precarious postition. "Do you think I care" Ares laughed. I'm sick of her clucking and squawking all the time. She gives new meaning to the word hen pecked." Iolaus meanwhile had sneaked into position and was about to aim at Ares with the bow and arrow Voluptua had given him.
Someone accidentally bumped into him and jostled his arm. He hit Discord instead of Ares. The godess re-emerged from her chicken form and back into a human. Suddenly HerK was flown across the room to safety. The angry godess descended upon Ares in a fit of fury. "I don't care, if you are the god of war. I'm going to make you pay for all those remarks. And as for the rest of you.
I'll be back, you can count on it. With that she made them both disappear. "Uh oh, we're in trouble" Iolaus groaned. "Yeah nice shot, klutz" Auto chided. "It got HerK away from Ares didn't it. Besides it was better than your plan." Was not." "Was too." Would you two just shut up" HerK shouted.

Star and Chantal immediately flew to HerK's side. We're sorry our dear HerK, we had no idea Ares would flip so far out." "I know you didn't my dears. I suppose living with Discord could drive anyone over the edge." They all laughed. "The next time your tempted by Ares and  I know that time will come again, just think of this. He kissed them both once again. With that they left the pet department.
Porkules turned to Katherine and said "boy humans sure are complicated." "You got that right" she agreed. She turned to see one of the sand sharks glaring at her. "Hey what are you looking at, I'm a pig not a chicken and it's not my fault you didn't have dinner to go with your dessert."

Part 16

Beach Wares Section

Sal's voice boomed through the speaker system.  "Looking for HerK beach towels, sand castle building  supplies, scubba gear? Well stop by our beach ware   section, we have everything you need for fun  in the sun." 

Deb66, who had just come into Sorbo-Mart  knew exactly where she was headed. When she got there, she couldn't believe her eyes. She felt a bit like Alice in Wonderland. Maybe she had
fallen through the looking glass. There really was a beach in front of her, complete with sand, sun and water. And that wasn't even the best part. NHerK, buff, bronzed and beautiful lay just ahead of her. True to his name he had not a stich on.

"He's magnificent" Deb66 gasped. "Why thank you" NHerK replied. He stood and came towards her.

Her legs felt like noodles but she hung on. There was no way she was going to faint. She wanted
to soak in the sight before her as long as she could. When he reached her, NHerk took both her hands and gave her two welcoming kisses on each cheek. "I'm so glad your here. I was getting lonely" he said. Deb66 replied "Well we can't have that now can we?"

NHerK shook his head slowly. "Now lets get you ready my dear, Deb66 then we can play" "Ready?" she asked. "Your gown is lovely my dear, but your a bit over dressed for the beach." "Right, I should go find a suit" Deb66 said reluctant to leave him. "No need for that. It's just the two
of us. You aren't shy are you?" Well, no not real...... "Fair is fair" he teased. His blue eyes sparkled like the sun kissed water and his smile had more electricity than one of Zeus lightening bolts. "I'll help" he offered eagerly. Deb66 knew there was no way on earth she could resist on offer like that. She turned around and lifted her hair. Slowly he began to lower the zipper of the gown.

Once he had finished he reached for a bottle of sunscreen that magically appeared in his hands.
"Can't have you getting burned my love. I wouldn't want anything happening to you, you're far more
precious  than a pirate's gold" NHerK told her. His talented hands applied the cool cream to her rapidly warming skin. When he was finished he handed her the bottle. "I think mine's worn off,
care to help my reapply it?" "Would I! I mean of course" Deb66 said trying to appear collected.
She took her "task" very seriously and made sure he was fully protected from the sun.

Then they frockliced and played in the surf for hours. As night approached, they made their way back to shore. NHerK built a fire and this time it was marshmellows he pulled out of no where. He toasted them one to perfection. He offered it to Deb66. She tasted the tempty morsel. It was gooey
and she went to lick her lips. "Uh, Uh he commanded "let me do that" An internal flame that was hotter than anything Prometheus could create consumed Deb66 as NHerK's made good on his word.

Part 17

Fine Art Section- Sorbo-Mart

Baucis picked up a golden bust of HerK. It was a fabulous piece. The image was exact. She studied it from every angle but could not find a flaw. There was an equally wonderful life sized statue
of Sov on his throne in silver. The craftsman must be quite gifted. "I simply must meet him" Baucis thought.

She heard a clanking noise behind her. Baucis followed the sound. Forge HerK stood over a fire. One powerful arm swinging a hammer, pounding the metal into obdience. Shirtless and sweating he was the epitome of manhood. "Talk about perfection" Baucis said aloud. Forge HerK turned to face her.

"I'm sorry I interrupted your work" Baucis told him."I'm not. I'm due for a break and there is no
one I'd rather take it with than you." he answered her.

He stuck the piece he' been working on in the water to cool. "What do you think of this one?"
He showed her a golden plaque of GHerK. "I love it. Your so talented Forge HerK." "Thanks"
He put the plaque down and picked another nearby bucket. He dumped it over his own head. Baucis laughed. "It's hot in here." he said in response. "You won't get any argument from me." He reached for a towel at the same time Baucis did. Their hands touched. "Allow me" she offered. "Be my guest" he consented.

Slowly and thoroughly Baucis wiped him dry. Forge HerK gave her a long kiss.  I think I've just decided what I want my next work of art to be."  "And what is that?" "I want to sculpt you my dear Baucis". He cupped her cheek first and then allowed  his hands to explore her entire figure. Of
course it would require us spending quite abit of time together and I'll have to take some very detailed measurements and I'll want to become intimately acquainted with your inner and outer being. "I don't think that will present a problem, Baucis sighed as he pulled her closer.

Part 18

Hair Salon Sorbo-Mart- Staring HerK and Herkite

"HerK, my darling, you have had a rough night first with the Sov and then with Ares. I hope you will let me and some of my other Amazon sisters give you a little TLC" Herkite said. She and HerK were walking hand in hand down the main aisle. "But this is your night, not mine"  "Hey, nothing could make us happier than making sure that you know, how much we love you." Now come" "Alright, my dear
Herkite" I place myself in your hands. Please be gentle with me." "Oh don't worry my sweet HerK we will."

Herkite took HerK to the salon. "Just relax HerK and go with the flow she said as she led him to
a chair next to a sink. "Here let's take your vest off, we wouldn't want to get it wet." "No" he agreed
we can't have that." "Sit and lean back" Herkite ordered as she placed her hand against his chest
and pushed him gently downward. HerK did as he was told. Herkite ran her hands through his long
locks as she wet them. She picked up the shampoo and worked it up in her hands. Then she tenderly massaged his scalp. Herkite noted the pleasured look on HerK's face with pride. She then repeated the process with the conditioner.

Herkite was almost reluctant to let this moment end. But none the less she took the towel and  dried his hair.

HerK rose and gave Herkite a loving hug. He then gave her a magical kiss. "Thanks love" he said. Before she knew it Herkite was in the chair "Now allow me to return the favor".

Part 19

Sorbo-Mart-Salon HerK and Julie

Herkite brought HerK over to Julie. "Take good care of him now" she told her amazon sister.  "I will" Julie vowed eagerly. Herkite left to help with the final  preparations for the evening.

"So what do you have planned for me Julie?" HerK asked. "I'm going to give you a shave. "That sounds promising" he chuckled. Once Herk had taken his place seated in front of the mirror, Julie sprayed a generous amount of  shaving cream in her hands. Lovingly she lathered his face. "I want to be very careful not to slip. So you will have to stay very still and I'll have to go very slowly Julie informed HerK. "Take all the time yod  need" he said agreeably.

Julie leaned in very close and began her work. When she was finished she applied the aftershave. "Oh HerK, you smell so marvelous" Julie sighed in appreciation. "So do you, my darling Aussie Amazon, so do you." With that he pulled her down into his lip and proceeded to reward her with gratefull kisses.

Part 20
Hunting and Fishing Department Voluptua, Sov and Jason

Jason had not returned yet. Voluptua was alone with Sov. "My gorgeous Voluptua don't sit so far away" "I don't trust you" she said and turned her back to him. "You wound me my love, yet I know I've given you cause
to doubt my word." Sov said sounding forlorn. "I'll say." "But being locked
up in here has given me time to think about the error of my ways." "Yeah right", Voluptua replied. "You haven't been in there that long."

"No really, I can behave." "And you will miss the  big wrap up beach party this evening, if you have to sit here guarding me all night. Think of all the fun we could have there. A mental picture of Sov in a speedo, popped into Voluptua's head and she bit back a sigh. "Be Strong In a World That's Weak" Voluptua repeated the quote over and over again in her mind." "Besides, dosen't my alternate ego, say you should give people a second chance." And you'd miss me, if I was sent back to the alternate world, permanently wouldn't you? "Well yes" she replied.

"So?" Sov questioned  expectantly.

"Oh, all right" Voluptua conceded. She got the key and headed toward the cage. "But you will have to promise me one thing first." "And what would that
be oh gorgeous one?" "That you won't get into it with HerK, he's had a tough day." "That I can guarentee you" Sov said aloud. In his mind he thought, "but
I'm not saying I won't get into trouble with you amazons"

Voluptua unlocked the door and let him out. He grabbed a hold of her waist, dipped her and gave her a hard, delicious kiss. "You won't regret this" he promised. With that he grabbed her hand and started to run.

When Jason returned armed to the teeth. He saw the empty cage. "Uh, oh" he thought.

Part 21

Sorbo-Mart -Salon Hygea and HerK

The room was quiet and subdued. Gentle, music played in the background. Only candle light flickered against the walls.HerK lay on a table with  just a sheet for covering. Hygea appeared carrying a tray full of heated oils.

"You are all spoiling me rotten" HerK told her as she came up beside him. "Every hero needs a break" she told him. "And pampering you pleases us." "Yes, I know Herkite told me that as well, so you may have your way with
me sweet, sweet Hygea" He rested his head once more and Hygea began.

She massasaged the oils deeply into his skin. Lowering the sheet as she went along. "You have a nice touch" he groaned gratefully. "Firm yet soothing" "Thank you HerK. And my what nice muscle tone you have." "I do my
best to keep in shape. I love to excercise." She kneeded one of his biceps. " I can feel, I mean see that. Moving on to his back Hygea made sure every bit of stress and tension was chased away from her incredible hero. Then she leaned down next to him and whispered "turn over" "With pleasure darling, with  pleasure." As her hands started to drift down to his chest to begin
their work he reached out and clasped both of them in his. "When your finished with me. "Your next" he promised.

Part 22

Salon- HerK and Becca

Becca was already in the hot tub when HerK came. She'd been having a fantasy about him. But he was even more spectacular in reality. "Hi Becca" I heard you wanted to spend some time with me." "Why yes!" "Well isn't
that a marvelous coincidence cause I've really been looking to spend some
quality time with you too." He slipped in next to her and slid one arm around
here. "This is absoultely perfect" HerK said as Becca snuggled next to him
and rested her head on his shoulder. One of her hands idly began playing
with his chest hair. He grinned and kissed the top of her head. "Perfect",
she agreed. "There is something missing though he said. "I was just thinking the same thing."

Amazingly the desired items appeared within a flash beside the tub. "I just love this place" Becca said. He dipped the strawberry in the champagne
then rolled it in the whip cream. He fed it to Becca and then wiped the residue white cloud off her lips with gentle fingers. Then he tasted them. "Would you like another one dear Becca" he asked. She nodded

Part 23

Sporting Goods - Sara Quinn and HerK

Sara Quinn was waiting for HerK just outside the Hot Tub area. HerK picked her up and twirled her around. "You look happy darling" she said to
him. "I haven't felt this good in a long time." "What is next on the agenda?" he asked eagerly. We're going to play in the sports department.

Then what are we waiting for he said. He picked her up and raced down the aisle with her in his arms. There was excerisise equipment on sale and Sara
Quinn insisted that HerK try it out so she could delight in watching the master at work.

HerK picked up a basket ball and challenged her to a game. She got lots of free throws as he kept touching her instead of the ball. For each basket she scored she was rewarded with a kiss. Sara made sure she made every shot.

Next they started to play golf. When his first ball skyrocketed into the heavens he fell on the ground laughing. I hope that hit Apollo" he yelled. He pulled Sara Quinn on top of him. "Touch down" he declared with a grin.
"Wrong sport silly" she teased. "I don't think so " he said as he drew her closer.

Part 24

Bedding Department - Josee and HerK

HerK came out of the shower. Josee was turning back the covers. His hair
was wet and wild. Josee thought he had never looked more sexy. She
ran up and threw her arms around him. He welcomed her embrace.
"I'm going to get you soaked" he warned her with amusement. "I don't care."  They just stood there for long moments holding each other. Josee had to drag herself away but she somehow managed. There was still much more to come tonight.

HerK went over and picked up the blow dryer. "Want to help me out" he asked. "Sure!" Josee responded. She gloried in lifting each golden brown lock to the heat.

"Now for some rest." "Rest, I don't need any rest. "The night is still young. I know that is why we want you to take it easy for just a little while. So you can fully enjoy the rest of the evening." "All right my angel" he said. He scooped her up easily and then caressed her mouth with his. But you're going to join me. You've worked hard all day too. No arguments now." I wouldn't
dream of it" Josee told him. "Good" he replied because the only dreams I want you to have are of me."

Part 25

Sorbo-Mart - Beach Wares

The doors were locked and the whole gang was gathered around a campfire. Zeus had just finished delighting the crowd with tales of his antics as a younger man. Kull had recovered and was sitting between Ap and Melite with an arm around both of them. Tedras, Prudhoe-Ann and Kevfriend were having fun burying SHerK in the sand and then digging him up again like buried treasure. Donna and LHerK were mixing up more of everyone's favorite drink while Iris and GHerK were washing off grapes. DHerK and Astrild were dancing in the sand. PHerK and Calico were walking along the beach looking for starfish. Forge HerK was barbecuing foot long hot dogs with Baucis as his  assitant. Cas and YIolaus had moved their picnic
indoors. Deb 66 and NHerK were back to frolicking in the surf and HerK, Becca, Josee, SQ, Julie, Herkite and Hygea were playing volleyball. Sal, adult Iolaus Jason and Auto were obviously playing statue since none
of them had moved an inch, when Aprhodite showed up in a bikini. YHerK and YJason were passing out paper plates.

Sov was there but amazingly was as good as his word. But then Deeva, Danaan, Fryea, Cokie and Voluptua were keeping him so busy and entertained, he didn't have time to bother HerK.

Suddenly Ares showed up. "Ares what are you trying to do, get us in trouble?" Chantal and Star both asked at the same time. He looked somehow contrite. I've brought a peace offering he said and  held up hotdog buns. "What happened with Discord?" Chantal asked worriedly. " called in a favor from Artemis" he explained.

Before he could answer HerK came over. There were a few tense moments, as everyone waited to see, if the two brothers would start feuding again. He brought hot dog rolls" Chantal offered helpfully. "I've explained to the ladies, I've come in peace" Ares told HerK. "And you'll be happy to know Discord is a chicken again. She won't be causing any of us any more trouble for quite awhile."

"Well that news alone is worth a temporary truce" HerK said much to the suprise of everyone. Besides we are here for the amazons and whatever makes them happy makes me happy. And they've made me feel so loved and relaxed that I don't feel like fighting tonight  even with you.""Me neither" Ares agreed. "Shall we shake hands on our truce for this evening."  HerK held out his hand and the two men sealed the deal.

Everyone cheered. Ares put an arm around Star and Chantal as the group gathered before the fire. The hot dogs were passed out and everyone began eating. The only complaint was from Auto, who thought that they should have been dining on chicken instead. After dinner, guitars were brought out and the guys serenaded the Amazons.

Too soon it was time to leave. They all headed sadly up to the front of the
store. "What a shame, Hilara and Rober't missed the party, GHerK said.
"Yeah, I wonder what ever happpend to them?" asked as he began to set
the alarm. "Ah you don't need to bother with that" Herk said stopping
him. I'll finish up here." Okay Iolaus agreed as he herded the gang out
doors. HerK walked over and picked the mike up for the intercom off the
service desk. "Good night Hilara" he called. "Have a good time with the
books and Rober't and don't forget to lock up. And Rober't take good
care of her, you hear." He blew a kiss and left.

Part 26

Sorbo-Mart- Book Department - Hilara and Rober't

The rest of the store was dark and quiet. A small reading lamp shed some light and a glowing fire place offered the rest. There were bookshelves all around the room filled with books on myths, magic and of course romance.

Robert and Hilara lay on an exquisite Persian rug. She was enfolded in his
arms and reading one of the steamier novels. She shook her head in disbelief.
"That's biologically impossible" she muttered. "Here let me see" Robert
said grabbing the book. He read the passage aloud. Hilara blushed & giggled. 

"Oh no my dear cherie, this is quite possible, why don't I demonstrate?" "Why don't you?" she said naughtily."

Robert went to bank the fire as Hilara reached for a mike like the one out front. This one was too the speakers outdoors. "Goodnight HerK , all you wonderful guys, Dite and my fellow sister amazons. Thank you for shopping at Sorbo-Mart, I hope you all had a pleasureable time and that you'll be shopping here again soon." Rober't was back at her side. "Now I must get back to my books"
