The bubblewrap drabble challenge#4
The art of bubblewrap etiquette by Chantal
Warnings: All opinions expressed here are my own nobody else. These are characters. Cas is
really not like that. <g> Oh and the jabs at Cremations.. well that's really how i
feel about them. <bg>
This is dedicated to Castalia and the new Amazons in SorboLand. Zareta you wanted to be in
a story please enjoy. It’s not much but it’s fun.. <beg>

KSHQ training hall
Some of the newest and not so new Amazons in SorboLand were peacefully waiting for their
morning class to begin.
Zareta was playing with a bunch of ribbons. Julie, Dessy, Kistik and Rabbit were
discussing the next strategies to take over the polls. Missferal and Baucis were comparing
notes for the next duct tape exam.
Selket, Joan and WhiteRose were sitting silently this was to be their last class before
they were let loose into SorboLand all on their own.. well almost.. their Amazon mentor
Herkite would keep tabs on them.
"I hope Ap brings more slides.." Dessy sighed.
"Did any of you get the new Cremation photoclub pictures?" Zareta asked knotting
a blue ribbon with a yellow one.
"Sister, when you entered *that* club you did not expect the pics to get to you on
time did you?" Baucis replied.
"Well. I kinda expected to have my May pictures by now.. we are in July!!!" said
Missferal.
Julie and Rabbit grinned. "Oh maybe we’ll get them in September" piped
Julie. "Or October for Halloween" added Rabbit.
Kistik, Zareta and missferal threw their bunny tails at Julie and Rabbit.
"Maybe we should try the new catalog.. they have two seasons of photos currently
available" Joan whispered.
"You did your research. Kewl. I love a new Amazon who does her research!" a
voice boomed. And a blonde Amazons with her hands full walked into the room startling
everyone.
"What?! Do I have ice-cream on my nose? I do, don’t I? YIolaus when I get back
you are in for it" mumbled Castalia under her breath. "Okay, class is on. Get
your butt on the chair you are in for a bumpy ride" Castalia dropped her boxes on the
desk and motioned Herkite to come and help her.
"You give one of each to everyone.." Castalia pointed to two boxes. One full of
the new Herk and what’s her name catalog and one filled to the rim with bubble wraps.
Dessy waved her hand. "Hi.. who are you? Where’s our teacher Ap?"
"Ap? Your teacher? Oh, right.. Apollena was gracious enough to pull replacement duty
while I was away but I’m back and well I’m it Sister. I’m in charge on
training.. all training.. even the alpha Herk and others visitors training.. I’m
large and in charge.." Castalia took a breath.
"Breathe Cas and don’t quote Strife, please I’m gonna a hurl" said
Herkite while passing the bubble wrap.
"Okay I got carried away but it’s soooo good to be back! First for those of you
who don’t know me I’m Castalia.. Veteran Amazon (even if I’m very
young <g>) , Sorbonne, Iolausian. I’m in charge of training new recruits in
SorboLand. I haven’t lost a student yet. And before you say anything Baucis.. the
plaster incident with Sov doesn’t count."
Baucis closed her opened mouth and smiled.
"Plaster incident with Sov? What plaster incident with Sov.. Why am I the last to
know about these things.." Dessy whispered.
"You all have your catalog and your bubble wrap.. Today’s lesson is Bubble Wrap
etiquette. My assistant should be here shortly to help me explain the proper etiquette of
Bubble wrap. But first, any feelings, addictions, very dark secrets I should know about in
relation with bubble wrap and you"
Castalia jumped and sat on her desk.
Julie blushed but raised her hand. "I have a secret addiction. I borrow the bubble
wrap from Sorbo mart and I dance on it to hear the wonderful sound of smashing. I usually
get help from one of the Alphas."
Zareta looked around and decided to take the plunge. "I have a confession. I get a
real rush twisting the wrap and hearing the crescendo of pops. I usually do that with Kull
watching. What a rush!!"
Rabbit smiled. "I prefer slowly popping one precious bubble at a time, one by one.
Usually the bubble wrap is rolled around the tush of.."
"Humm, I believe that is too much information Rabbit.." Gasps, little moans and
a few sighs answered the deep voice.
Herk was standing in the door way. Castalia clapped her hands. "Good. You’re
here.. We can start. Here, sit with me." Cas padded the space on her desk. Herk
entered and all of a sudden pops were heard. POP, POP, POP, POP, POP. A machete of pops.
"Oups, sorry. I kinda lost it." Herkite was blushing furiously.
"It’s okay Herkite. We’ll have to work on your technique after class."
Herk smiled and laughed softly.
"Well, Cas was nice enough to ask me to demonstrate the proper etiquette of one of my
favorite thing. Popping bubble wrap." Herk got up and walked around the class.
He sat next to Selket. "You’re new? How are you? I’m Herk. You are?"
"Selket..." she answered swallowing with difficulty.
"It’s okay. I don’t bite" Herk started.
"Much.." whispered Kistik.
"I heard that.." Cas said.
Kistik gave Cas a startled look. "I hear everything. That’s why I’m in
charge of training." Cas replied with a wicked smile.
"The first rule of Bubble wrap etiquette.." started Herk speaking softly and
slowly to Selket and making her feel she was the only in the room. "is not to pop
someone else’s bubble wrap without permission. May I?" Herk opened his
hand and waited.
Selket smiled and took the bubble wrap sitting on her lap and.. tucked it in the opening
of her shirt. "Sure you may pop my bubble wrap."
Cas fell off her desk. Zareta, Julie, Missferal, Baucis Herkite Rabbit, Kistik totally
lost it and burst out laughing.
Dessy smiled and discreetly put her bubble wrap in the front of her jeans.
Joan and WhiteRose looked at one another.. "We need a dress made of bubble
wrap..."

Welcome, welcome, welcome back Castalia.. missed you a bunch.. no wonder I could not write
a training session, my training muse was away. <g> Now.. about sharing bubble wrap
with Herk.. I guess appointment will have to be made for advanced classes in the proper
etiquette of bubble wrap popping. <beg>
